“I am passionate about counselling and the changes people can make when they are given the best environment for them. This is key in my belief, as I understand that everybody has different needs and I will always adapt my way of working with you to suit who you are and what you need. I will always provide you with a safe and supportive environment to explore and I do this from an integrative perspective which means I draw on a variety of ways of working. I have a natural curiosity and enthusiasm for learning and this is reflected in how I work with people.

My training included working with the LGBTQI+ community and I am committed to providing an inclusive, gender affirming and neuro-affirming space. Having lived experience of neurodivergence, I am passionate about working with neurodivergent individuals and have a deep understanding of the strengths and sometimes challenges being neurodivergent can bring.
